Abstract


In recent years, academic interest in analyzing the impact of quality systems on institutional management within the healthcare sector has grown considerably, accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which exposed the need for more resilient and continuously improving structures. This paper conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the implementation of quality systems and their influence on institutional management in the healthcare sector, aiming to identify trends, conceptual gaps, and emerging research lines.
